One of a series of paintings exploring the seven colours of the chakras, the square and the circle. Red is a grounding and Zen is sometimes described as an activity that occurs & flows naturally, uninhibited by mind or unconscious behaviour. The circle is often associated with heaven and the square with earth, which form an alternative yin yang symbol.
